About the Position

The Regional Leader will be responsible for overseeing the successful operation of multiple Yo-Chi venues in Brisbane and Sunshine Coast.

Main Responsibilities
  • Developing high-performing venue teams focused on delivering exceptional customer experiences.
  • Supporting Venue Leaders with recruitment, training, and development of new team members and leaders.
  • Driving sales, cost control, labor management, and profit growth results in collaboration with Venue Leaders.
  • Maintaining regular reporting between venues and the Support Team.
  • Educating new venues on compliance with operational standards and procedures.
  • IDentifying local marketing opportunities and collaborating with the Marketing Team to implement effective strategies.
Requirements

We are seeking an experienced leader with a strong track record in state-manager level roles and at least three years of experience in a multi-site QSR environment. The ideal candidate should possess excellent leadership skills, be proactive, autonomous, and efficient with great time management abilities.
