Regional Operations Manager

We are seeking an experienced professional to join our team as a Regional Operations Manager. This role involves overseeing a portfolio of early childhood centers, providing leadership, operational guidance, and hands-on support to center managers.
This position can be based in Brisbane or North Queensland and is available in either a part-time or full-time capacity.
The successful candidate will have strong knowledge of child development, early childhood education, and the National Quality Framework.
Key Responsibilities:
- Travel to regional services to provide on-site support and guidance
- Lead, mentor, and coach center directors to build high-performing teams
- Offer strong support in educational leadership and demonstrate a high level of pedagogical expertise
- Maintain compliance with policies, procedures, and the NQF, fostering continuous improvement
About You:
- A Bachelor of Early Childhood Education (or equivalent) or a relevant early childhood qualification with proven leadership experience
- At least 2–5 years' experience as a center manager or area manager overseeing multiple services (preferred)
