Talent Acquisition Manager Job Summary

As a seasoned professional in recruitment and talent acquisition, you have a proven track record of leading teams and driving successful recruitment strategies. We are seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Manager to join our dynamic People & Culture team.

This is an exciting opportunity for a talented individual with strong leadership capabilities, excellent communication skills, and a passion for recruitment. You will lead a small yet talented team of individuals while managing and overseeing the end-to-end recruitment process across various departments.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute comprehensive recruitment strategies to attract top talent in Retail Operations and Support Office.
  • Collaborate with senior leaders and hiring managers to create effective job advertisements that showcase the company's brand and culture.
  • Support hiring managers in maintaining relationships with candidates throughout the recruitment process, ensuring a seamless candidate experience.
  • Design and implement interview procedures, including screening calls, assessments centers, and in-person interviews, to identify the best candidates for the role.
  • Oversee succession planning to ensure staffing needs are met with a long-term strategy, focusing on talent development and retention.
  • Maintain advertising platforms and review recruitment resources to optimize their effectiveness.
About You:
  • 4+ years' professional experience in recruitment, preferably from both agency and in-house environments, with a strong understanding of employment law.
  • Proven leadership capabilities, with at least 2 years of experience leading a team or individual.
  • Experience in full-cycle recruiting using various interview techniques and evaluation methods, with proficiency in Application Tracking Systems (ATS).
  • Strong attention to detail, adaptability, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
