This is a full-time entry-level position, working Monday to Friday. You will be responsible for serving as the first point of contact for visitors and callers, providing excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage incoming calls and inquiries, directing them to the appropriate personnel.
  • Assist with administrative tasks, including filing, data entry, and record management.
  • Support the team with scheduling appointments and coordinating meetings.
  • Maintain a tidy and professional reception area.

Requirements:

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
  • Attention to detail and organisational skills.
