Business Traineeship – Customer Services/Administration Officer

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Business Trainee to join our team as a Customer Service Officer based at our head office. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals looking to kickstart their career in Business Administration, while making a meaningful contribution to the community.
This is a full-time entry-level position, working Monday to Friday. You will be responsible for serving as the first point of contact for visitors and callers, providing excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage incoming calls and inquiries, directing them to the appropriate personnel.
- Assist with administrative tasks, including filing, data entry, and record management.
- Support the team with scheduling appointments and coordinating meetings.
- Maintain a tidy and professional reception area.
Requirements:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Attention to detail and organisational skills.
