  • Manage guest bookings, payments, and check-in/check-out processes with ease and efficiency.
  • Stay one step ahead of our guests' needs, anticipating requests and offering tailored solutions.
  • Be the trusted contact for our guests, resolving issues and providing exceptional service.
What We're Looking For:
  • Previous experience in a Front Office position or with Opera (PMS) is highly valued.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think on your feet.
  • Availability to work a rotating roster, including weekends and public holidays.
  • Fluency in the local language is a plus, but not essential.
  • Literate and tech-savvy, with a good grasp of reading, writing, basic maths, and computer skills.
