Northern Hemisphere Equine Operations Director

We are seeking a seasoned professional to oversee our Australian-based Northern Hemisphere breeding operation. This role plays a pivotal part in our business, requiring a positive and professional representative of our brand.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage horses during the Northern Hemisphere breeding season, including foaling, reproduction, weanling/yearling management, and general operations.
- Lead a team dedicated to the Northern Hemisphere operation and train new employees.
- Maintain all horses in excellent condition year-round.
- C Coordinate farrier, dentist, vet work, and other contractors.
- Ensure smooth day-to-day operations and efficient use of resources.
- Promote and ensure the safety of employees, contractors, and horses.
- Maintain confidentiality and accurate record-keeping.
- Liaise with management and assist in other farm areas as required.
- Previous experience managing or working in a busy breeding operation.
- Strong communication skills and a desire for great results.
- Ability to work well in a team environment.
- Commitment to a long-term position with a growing brand.
