**Description**:
Alessandra Equine is a boutique pre-training operation based in Balnarring on the Mornington Peninsula.

We are looking for a highly experienced full time horse trainer/track work rider to join our stable. We have a small team of 16 horses with great facilities on a private property.

Position involves riding 6-8 horses/day, swimming and tread-milling, as well as general stable work, and stable Management.

We require the applicant to;
- Have a minimum of three years professional experience
- Be capable of training and educating young thoroughbreds, riding timed pace-work and gallops, and manage training programs for horses
- Work in a small team and assist in running the day-to-day operations of our stable

Mon-Sat, 5.30am - 11pm. 5 afternoons/week, 4.30-5pm.
