Senior Equine Operations Manager

We are seeking an experienced and skilled leader to manage our day-to-day equine operations at our Flemington base. This key leadership role offers a genuine scope to grow your responsibilities and influence results on race day.
Main Responsibilities:- Lead the team, setting standards and holding them accountable for their work.
- Oversee horse welfare and presentation, ensuring the highest standard of care and maintenance.
- Maintain accurate records of horse health, treatments, and feed plans.
- Coordinate morning work, exercise schedules, and logistics for racing events.
- Ensure compliance with safety protocols and racing rules.
- Proven experience as a senior stable manager in a professional racing stable (minimum 3 years).
- Strong leadership, people management, and communication skills.
- Deep knowledge of racehorse care, soundness, training routines, and equipment.
