Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and skilled leader to manage our day-to-day equine operations at our Flemington base. This key leadership role offers a genuine scope to grow your responsibilities and influence results on race day.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Lead the team, setting standards and holding them accountable for their work.
  • Oversee horse welfare and presentation, ensuring the highest standard of care and maintenance.
  • Maintain accurate records of horse health, treatments, and feed plans.
  • Coordinate morning work, exercise schedules, and logistics for racing events.
  • Ensure compliance with safety protocols and racing rules.
Key Requirements:
  • Proven experience as a senior stable manager in a professional racing stable (minimum 3 years).
  • Strong leadership, people management, and communication skills.
  • Deep knowledge of racehorse care, soundness, training routines, and equipment.
