About the Role:

The Injury Management Specialist will play a crucial role in the success of the WorkFocus team by managing key customers and delivering services as per Service Agreements. This position requires extensive experience and a strong profile within the industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain quality across customer accounts in line with SLA requirements.
  • Implement services as per Customer SLAs.
  • Coach team members to undertake work in accordance with customer requirements.
  • Complete internal and external customer critical case reviews to drive strategy and good rehabilitation outcomes.
  • Represent WorkFocus at public forums and on various committees as required.

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • Qualifications and registration in Occupational Therapy, Physiotherapy, Exercise Physiology, Psychology, or Rehabilitation Counselling.
  • Significant occupational rehabilitation industry experience.
  • Specialist knowledge and skillset with a solid reputation within the industry.
  • Demonstrated experience in delivering occupational rehabilitation services and strategic management of a portfolio.
  • Customer service orientation with experience managing customer service agreements.
  • Demonstrated ability to independently generate referrals and build a portfolio.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with experience training, coaching, and developing others.
  • Willingness to travel (car and license essential).
