About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Injury Management Specialist to join our Regional WorkFocus team in NSW. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality services to our customers and implementing Service Agreements that meet their specific needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain quality across customer accounts, adhering to SLA requirements for rates, costs, and durations.
  • Implement services as per Customer SLAs, ensuring seamless delivery and customer satisfaction.
  • Coach and train team members to undertake work in accordance with customer requirements, promoting a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
  • Conduct internal and external customer critical case reviews to drive strategy and achieve optimal rehabilitation outcomes.
  • Represent WorkFocus NSW at public forums and on various committees, showcasing our expertise and commitment to the industry.
Requirements
  • Qualifications in Occupational Therapy, Physiotherapy, Exercise Physiology, Psychology, or Rehabilitation Counselling, with relevant professional registration (AHPRA, ESSA, ASORC, RCAA).
  • Significant experience in occupational rehabilitation, with a strong reputation and profile within the industry.
  • Demonstrated expertise in delivering occupational rehabilitation services and strategic management of a portfolio.
  • Customer service orientation, with experience managing customer service agreements and driving customer satisfaction.
  • Demonstrated ability to independently generate referrals and build a portfolio of customers.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with experience training, coaching, and developing others.
  • Willingness to travel, with a valid driver's license and reliable vehicle.
