Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Rehabilitation Consultant to join our team in Tamworth, NSW. As a key member of our occupational rehabilitation team, you will work closely with clients, employers, and medical professionals to develop and implement personalized rehabilitation plans.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage client caseloads and provide individualized support to achieve return-to-work outcomes.
  • Collaborate with employers and employees to design and implement injury prevention and workplace education programs.
  • Conduct assessments and develop treatment plans to address psychosocial barriers to employment.
  • Work with a multidisciplinary team to provide comprehensive rehabilitation services.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices in occupational rehabilitation.
Requirements:
  • Tertiary qualifications in Psychology or Rehabilitation Counselling.
  • General or Provisional registration with AHPRA as a Psychologist or eligibility for Associate or Full membership with ASORC.
  • Previous experience in occupational rehabilitation is highly regarded.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.
  • A current NSW Driver's License and access to a reliable vehicle.
