About the Role:

As a key member of our RegionalWorkFocus team, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional services to our clients. With a strong profile within the industry and extensive experience, you will implement Service Agreements with key customers and drive quality across customer interactions. Your responsibilities will include maintaining quality, implementing services, coaching team members, and representing WFA at public forums.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain quality across customer interactions as per SLA requirements
  • Implement services as per Customer SLAs
  • Coach team members to undertake work in accordance with customer requirements
  • Represent WFA at public forums and on various committees
