About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Injury Management Specialist to join our team at WorkFocus NSW. As a key member of our Regional Work Focus team, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality services to our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain high-quality service delivery across our customer base, ensuring compliance with Service Level Agreements (SLAs) regarding rates, costs, and durations.
  • Implement services as per customer SLAs, ensuring seamless execution and effective communication.
  • Coach and develop team members to undertake work in accordance with customer requirements, promoting a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
  • Conduct internal and external customer-critical case reviews to drive strategic decision-making and optimize rehabilitation outcomes.
  • Represent WorkFocus NSW at public forums and on various committees, showcasing our expertise and commitment to the industry.
Requirements
  • Hold qualifications and relevant professional registration in Occupational Therapy, Physiotherapy, Exercise Physiology, Psychology, or Rehabilitation Counselling (AHPRA, ESSA, ASORC, RCAA).
  • Demonstrate significant occupational rehabilitation industry experience, with a strong reputation and profile within the sector.
  • Exhibit specialist knowledge and skillset, with a proven track record in delivering occupational rehabilitation services and strategic management of a portfolio.
  • Display a customer service orientation, with experience managing customer service agreements and driving business growth.
  • Demonstrate the ability to independently generate referrals and build a portfolio, with a strong focus on business development.
  • Exhibit strong communication and interpersonal skills, with experience training, coaching, and developing others.
  • Be willing to travel, with a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
