Injury Management Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Injury Management Specialist to join our Regional WorkFocus team in NSW. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality services to our customers and implementing Service Agreements that meet their specific needs.
Key Responsibilities- Maintain high-quality services across our customer base, adhering to Service Level Agreements (SLAs) regarding rates, costs, and durations.
- Implement services as per Customer SLAs, ensuring seamless delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Coach and develop team members to undertake work in accordance with customer requirements, promoting a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
- Conduct internal and external customer critical case reviews to drive strategy and ensure effective rehabilitation outcomes for all claims.
- Represent WorkFocus NSW at public forums and on various committees as required, promoting our brand and expertise.
- Qualifications and relevant professional registration in Occupational Therapy, Physiotherapy, Exercise Physiology, Psychology, or Rehabilitation Counselling (AHPRA, ESSA, ASORC, RCAA).
- Significant occupational rehabilitation industry experience, with a strong reputation and profile within the sector.
- Demonstrated experience in delivering occupational rehabilitation services and strategic management of a portfolio.
- Customer service orientation, with experience managing customer service agreements and driving customer satisfaction.
- Demonstrated ability to independently generate referrals and build a portfolio of customers.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with experience training, coaching, and developing others.
- Willingness to travel, with a valid driver's license and reliable vehicle.
