Senior Client Relationship Manager

The primary objective of this role is to deliver exceptional service and foster long-term client relationships. This involves collaborating with clients to understand their business priorities and identifying opportunities for growth.
Key Responsibilities- BUILD AND MAINTAIN RELATIONSHIPS WITH CLIENTS, INCLUDING SENIOR EXECUTIVES AND JUNIOR PROFESSIONALS.
- METRICS-DRIVEN OUTCOMES: Meet regularly with clients to discuss their business priorities and recommend action plans that drive value and retention.
- CLIENT ONBOARDING: Onboard new clients and introduce them to our services and capabilities.
- CROSS-FUNCTIONAL COLLABORATION: Collaborate with internal colleagues to maximize the value delivered to clients.
- 4+ YEARS OF RELEVANT PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE OR INTERNSHIP.
- EXCELLENT CLIENT SERVICE, COMMUNICATION, COLLABORATION, PRIORITY MANAGEMENT, CRITICAL THINKING, AND INFLUENCING SKILLS.
- DEGREE PREFERRED.
