We are seeking a skilled and organized professional to oversee key client relationships, drive business growth through strategic planning and management.

Job Summary:

This role is responsible for developing and maintaining strong connections with clients, identifying new opportunities and nurturing ongoing partnerships to drive revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Client Management: Foster deep relationships with existing clients, identifying new opportunities and nurturing ongoing partnerships to drive revenue growth.
  • Strategic Planning: Collaborate with senior leadership to develop and execute comprehensive account plans, ensuring alignment with company goals and objectives.
  • Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, leveraging industry expertise and network connections to secure new clients and expand existing relationships.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and operations, to ensure seamless communication and execution of account strategies.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in account management or a related field, with a strong track record of driving revenue growth and building successful client relationships.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients at all levels.
  • Strong strategic planning and problem-solving abilities, with the capacity to adapt to changing market conditions and priorities.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a high level of organizational and time management skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Professional certifications such as CCEP (Certified Customer Engagement Professional) or similar.
  • Experience working in the events services industry or a related field.
