The primary objective of this role is to communicate effectively with customers daily, either before or after a sale, to address their needs and concerns. This includes handling customer orders, maintaining accurate records, and collaborating with teams to achieve sales goals.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing first-line technical and clinical assistance
  • Escalating issues to relevant teams for timely resolution
  • Documenting all technical and customer-reported problems in ticketing/note systems

Has completed vocational training or obtained equivalent experience.

Interacts internally to exchange information.
