About the Role:
This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Sales & Customer Support Professional. As a key member of our customer support function, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and sales support via different communication channels.
Responsibilities:
- Handling customer orders and inquiries related to products and services

- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve sales goals and provide technical assistance
Requirements:
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A minimum of 1 year of related experience
- Broad knowledge of routines and procedures to handle day-to-day situations

The primary objective of this role is to communicate effectively with customers daily, either before or after a sale, to address their needs and concerns. This includes handling customer orders, maintaining accurate records, and collaborating with teams to achieve sales goals.
Key responsibilities include:
- Providing first-line technical and clinical assistance
- Escalating issues to relevant teams for timely resolution
- Documenting all technical and customer-reported problems in ticketing/note systems
Has completed vocational training or obtained equivalent experience.
Interacts internally to exchange information.
Has limited discretion to vary from established procedures.
