We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Sales Consultant to join our team. This is a full-time on-site role based in Newcastle, NSW.

Job Description

The Sales Consultant will be responsible for engaging with customers over the phone, providing tailored solutions, ensuring customer satisfaction, and achieving sales targets. Daily tasks include:

  • Daily phone calls to clients to discuss their needs and preferences
  • Consulting with customers to provide expert advice on timber flooring products
  • Answering queries and resolving any issues that may arise
  • Maintaining detailed records of customer interactions and transactions
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Sales consulting and consulting skills
  • Customer satisfaction and customer service skills
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with customers
  • Proven ability to achieve sales targets in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience in the timber flooring industry is a plus
  • A high school diploma or equivalent; a degree in Sales, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
