**Job Description**

We are seeking a seasoned professional to serve as the central point of contact within our organization for system governance, coordination, and oversight. This role ensures system usage aligns with company policy, is secure, compliant, and fit for purpose.

The successful candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure robust systems governance and clear operational ownership. They will act as the primary liaison between local operations and Group IT to define responsibilities, manage escalations, and align on governance practices.

This includes managing ERP projects, consulting with users, reporting to project steering committees, and identifying assessment criteria. The Systems Manager will also oversee vendor relationships to ensure service levels and compliance requirements are met.

Serving as Product Owner for major business systems, they will develop and document system governance frameworks, including workflows, access controls, data ownership, and change management processes. Ensuring system data integrity and compliance with internal and external security policies and standards is also a key responsibility.

Additionally, the Systems Manager will manage and support System Administrators responsible for hands-on system administration and user support. Maintaining an accurate inventory of systems, license terms, usage, and associated risks or renewals is another critical aspect of this role.
