Job Description

Our organization seeks a highly skilled System Governance Specialist to play a pivotal role in the management and oversight of key systems used within our business.

  • Act as the central point of contact for governance, coordination, and oversight of key systems.
  • Manage relationships between local operations and Group IT to define responsibilities, manage escalations, and align on governance practices.
  • Oversee vendor relationships in line with global policies, ensuring service levels and compliance requirements are met.
  • Collaborate with teams to ensure systems support business needs and are embedded effectively within team processes.
  • Classify key data sets and assign ownership for stewardship, integrity monitoring, and compliance tracking.
  • Coordinate system-related incident reviews, ensuring issues are documented, root causes identified, and communication to relevant stakeholders is clear and timely.
Required Skills and Qualifications
