Job Title: Cybersecurity Governance Specialist

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and motivated cybersecurity professional to join our team in North Sydney. This is a permanent full-time role offering an excellent work-life balance through our flexible hybrid model.

The successful candidate will be responsible for monitoring risk treatment progress, challenging control adequacy, and preparing IT governance reporting. They will also maintain and enhance the information security management system (ISMS) in alignment with ISO 27001 standards.

Required Skills & Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will have at least 5+ years' experience in technology risk, IT audit, or compliance roles within complex environments.

You will have a strong understanding of IT governance, risk management practices, and compliance frameworks such as COBIT and NIST.

Key skills include demonstrated experience in risk profiling, audit response, and control management, as well as ability to influence stakeholders and drive compliance across diverse teams.
