Job Summary

This is an exciting opportunity to join a leading Renewable Energy company as an HR Manager. As a key member of the HR team, you will play a critical role in driving business growth and success through effective talent management and development.

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced HR professional with a strong background in recruitment, talent management, and employee engagement. The successful candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with employees at all levels.

The ideal candidate will be able to demonstrate a thorough understanding of employment laws and regulations, as well as experience in managing payroll and HR systems. A Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or a related field is required, along with a minimum of 5 years' experience in a similar role.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement strategic plans for talent acquisition and management
  • Manage the recruitment process from start to finish, including creating job descriptions, posting ads, and conducting interviews
  • Coordinate and administer employee onboarding and offboarding processes
  • Provide support and guidance to employees on employment-related matters
  • Manage employee relations and resolve conflicts in a fair and impartial manner
  • Collaborate with senior leaders to develop and implement HR strategies that align with business objectives
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or a related field
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in HR, preferably in a leadership role
  • Proven track record of successfully managing recruitment and talent development initiatives
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
