Job Description

HR Partners is excited to be partnering with an entrepreneurial and forward-thinking Environmental Consultancy dedicated to developing solutions that drive environmental improvements across Australia and internationally. They are seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist in Sydney CBD for a full-time permanent position.

Responsibilities
  • Work closely with business leaders to forecast hiring needs and provide proactive talent solutions.
  • Lead end-to-end recruitment processes for technically specialised environmental positions and support roles.
  • Support new initiatives around graduates, new hires, retention, and Workday integration.
  • Collaborate with the wider team on the Workday integration program.
Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate will be a self-starter with a results-driven approach and technical aptitude. Excellent communication skills are essential, along with the ability to accurately assess recruitment needs and independently manage the recruitment process. Preferably, candidates will have experience in environmental, engineering, construction, mining, or infrastructure sectors.
