Job Title: Talent Acquisition Specialist

 

The position of Talent Acquisition Specialist is available in our organization. This role involves working with key stakeholders to find the right candidates for business needs.

This contract is a maternity leave arrangement, and it may be extended after 8-12 months. The successful candidate will report directly to the National HR Manager and be responsible for overseeing the entire recruitment process across Australasia.

  • Coordinate employment matters across the organization.
  • Serve as the first point of contact for line managers and senior stakeholders.
  • Provide accurate data on specialist talent acquisition including strategy, screening, assessment, selection, and contract negotiation.
  • Collaborate closely with the business to leverage data and intelligence for informed recruitment strategies.

 

To be considered for this role, you must have recent recruitment experience within an HR team or partner organization. You should also possess strong written and verbal communication skills.
