Job Title: HR Consultant/Talent Acquisition Specialist
We are excited to be recruiting for individuals with experience in HR consulting and talent acquisition to work within government organisations, providing a range of support services to the People Partner teams.
The roles will assist the teams to develop a highly engaged and 'customer centric' workforce, meeting the organisation's requirements today and in the future.
Key Objectives:
- Provide people and culture services to support the delivery of all aspects of workforce management, ensuring the timely and effective resolution of issues.
- Respond to routine enquiries on workforce management related issues, communicating with employees at all levels to ensure the provision of accurate information.
- Coordinate and manage records and databases, complying with people and culture systems, processes, and policies.
Requirements and Skills:
- Experience in managing multiple activities in a complex environment, including high level planning, prioritising, and organisation skills.
- Great communication and administration skills, along with an eye for detail.
- Ability to think laterally and solve complex problems.
- Ideally, experienced in risk, compliance, governance, and assurance processes.
