Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to lead our cleaning operations team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the day-to-day activities of the team, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.

The Operations Manager will play a key role in driving business growth and improving customer satisfaction through effective contract management, client relationship development, and quality assurance.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Plan, organise, and prioritise work to meet targets and strict deadlines, providing timely and accurate information to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Develop effective working relationships with clients and the contract team to ensure successful delivery of all operational cleaning projects.
  • Build and maintain mutually beneficial client relationships and promote our range of services to the client. Actively seek to identify and develop new business opportunities and drive growth within the contract.
  • Regularly monitor contract performance to ensure compliance standards and KPIs are met, and that service is provided in accordance with specifications and terms of the contract.
Requirements:
  • A qualification in Cleaning Operations or related field is desirable.
  • Proven experience in managing multisite cleaning operations under a commercial arrangement.
  • Experience working in a professional cleaning capacity, with experience in commercial contract management preferred, including Contract and KPI management, Client relationship development and contract growth, and day to day administrative and auditing tasks.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and take responsibility for ensuring all work tasks are completed in a timely, accurate and compliant manner.
