Job Summary">

The ideal candidate will be responsible for the efficient and cost-effective operation, maintenance, and development of services within our industrial assets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage services supporting critical environments including fire safety systems, mechanical services, roller doors, hydraulic services, and landscaping.
  • Ensure efficient, sustainable, and cost-effective maintenance and operation of all plant and equipment.
  • Manage minor reactive works and carry out building inspections under the operating model documenting findings.
Requirements
  • Demonstrated experience in facilities management or operations with a sound understanding of building operations and exposure to building services.
  • Ideal candidates possess a trade background project management experience or hold a degree in facilities management.
  • Proven experience in managing services supporting critical environments strong time management skills and flexibility to work autonomously across different sites.
