Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Retail Property Portfolio Manager to join our team on the NSW Central Coast. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing retail portfolios, with a strong focus on operational and administrative experience, strategic thinking, and excellent communication skills.

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the presentation and maintenance of all buildings, ensuring high standards at all times. They will also manage expenditure efficiently while ensuring compliance with budgetary goals, build and maintain professional relationships with owners, tenants, and internal stakeholders, and assist with leasing, including canvassing new retailers and supporting the leasing team to minimise vacancies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the presentation and maintenance of all buildings, ensuring high standards at all times.
  • Manage expenditure efficiently while ensuring compliance with budgetary goals.
  • Build and maintain professional relationships with owners, tenants, and internal stakeholders.
  • Assist with leasing, including canvassing new retailers and supporting the leasing team to minimise vacancies.

Salary: $80,000 - $100,000 per annum

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in retail property management, including property administration and facilities management.
  • Strong organisational and time-management skills, with the ability to work autonomously.
  • Excellent communication skills, capable of building effective relationships at all levels.

Location:

This role is based on the NSW Central Coast, with an initial work-from-home opportunity available.
