About the Role

Ingenia Communities is seeking an experienced Senior Business Analyst to drive strategic initiatives within the Technology team. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for enhancing operational efficiency, improving customer experience, and supporting business growth across the hospitality and property sectors.

This role involves conducting in-depth analysis of business processes and systems to identify areas for improvement. You will develop outcome-based prioritised business requirements, process workflows, end-to-end user journey mapping, use cases, and functional specifications.

You will collaborate with stakeholders across departments, including Tourism, Lifestyle, Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Technology to gather requirements and ensure alignment on project goals. Utilising data visualisation tools, you will present findings and recommendations to stakeholders, facilitating workshops and meetings to identify pain points and drive change initiatives.

As the lead end-to-end project delivery expert, you will ensure alignment with business objectives, compliance with relevant regulations and timelines. Your extensive experience in business analysis within the property or real estate sector will be essential in successfully delivering complex projects on time and within budget as a lean delivery lead.

About You

  • Proven track record of successfully delivering complex projects on time and within budget as a lean delivery lead.
  • Strong background in technology and data projects.
  • Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Good documentation skills and experience in user support and change management tasks of a technical nature.
  • Proficiency in project management methodologies (Agile) and tools (e.g., JIRA, MS Project, MS Dynamics, Estate Master, JD).
  • Familiarity with property management software and real estate market dynamics is a plus.
