We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Retail Property Portfolio Manager to join our team in NSW Central Coast. As a key member of our property management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the presentation and maintenance of a portfolio of seven retail centres.

The ideal candidate will have previous or existing experience working in a Centre Management role within the retail property industry, combining operational and administrative experience with a strategic focus and excellent communication skills. This is a fantastic career development opportunity, with the intention to build a team around you as the portfolio expands.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the overall performance of the retail centre portfolio, ensuring high standards of presentation and maintenance at all times.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve efficiency and reduce costs while maintaining compliance with budgetary goals.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with owners, tenants, and internal stakeholders through effective communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Conduct rent reviews and tenant renewals in a professional and timely manner.
  • Oversee maintenance procedures, including cleaning, security, and essential building systems, ensuring value for money.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in retail property management, including property administration and facilities management.
  • Strong organisational and time-management skills, with the ability to work autonomously.
  • Excellent communication skills, capable of building effective relationships at all levels.
  • Intermediate to advanced proficiency in MS Office (essential) and Cirrus8 (desirable).
