The Role:
As the PMO Manager, you will work closely with various teams to achieve key objectives:
- Lead the PMO function for asset delivery projects across AirTrunk's growing APJ footprint
- Develop and refine the program management framework used to deliver AirTrunk's end-to-end project life cycle, including acquiring, designing, developing, and operating data centres
Responsibilities:
You will be responsible for:
- Establishing project controls, stage gates, checkpoints, reporting, and governance standards
- Providing support, reporting, and escalation functions for all AirTrunk's asset delivery projects
- Overseeing the project delivery process architecture and leading business process improvement initiatives for acquiring, designing, and developing data centres
- Reporting on key project metrics, including time, cost, and quality measures
- Supervising and reporting on the progress of AirTrunk's site selection, design, and development activities across all APAC markets
- Facilitating project and portfolio reviews to ensure adequate partner engagement and executive oversight
- Facilitating lessons learned across all aspects of project design and delivery
- Working cross-functionally across the business to identify and prioritize improvement opportunities
- Developing Business Intelligence dashboards
Requirements:
Successful candidates should possess:
- 5+ years' experience leading or in a PMO role, ideally in a data centre or large infrastructure development/construction company, preferably across APAC
- Proven ability to establish and refine PMOs processes
- Project/Program Management Certification (e.g., Prince2, PMI) and/or a Bachelor's degree in project management or engineering
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- History of successful stakeholder management
- Experience with Smartsheet software is a plus
