Job Title: Commercial Project Administrator

Lumus Imaging seeks a highly skilled and experienced professional to provide exceptional project administrative and organisational support to the Chief Commercial Officer and their broader team. The role is instrumental in supporting the Chief Commercial Officer to drive operational excellence, fostering strategic partnerships, and supporting the overall growth strategy for the organisation.

The key responsibilities include:

  • Supporting senior leadership to develop and execute strategic initiatives aligned with business objectives.
  • Developing effective working relationships with stakeholders through planning and delivering engagement activities.
  • Providing commercial project support to the Chief Commercial Officer and their senior leadership team.
  • Managing risks and issues associated with projects, initiatives and business operations.

Required skills and qualifications:

  • Prior senior administrative support experience is essential.
  • Proven ability to prioritise, manage and track multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
  • Intermediate to advanced Excel skills required.
  • Cert IV in Business Administration (or equivalent work experience) is desirable but not essential.
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills and ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
