Senior SEO Strategist

We are seeking a Senior SEO Strategist to lead our enterprise-wide SEO and AI Search strategy, focusing on optimising organic search performance across our digital ecosystem.

  1. Develop and execute an SEO strategy aligned with our digital roadmap and business goals.
  2. Optimise for Core Web Vitals, mobile performance, structured data, and crawlability.
  3. Drive SEO planning through major digital transformations and CMS migrations.
  4. Monitor evolving AI-assisted search behaviour and adapt our search strategy accordingly.
  5. Conduct keyword research and AI prompt analysis, providing data-driven recommendations to content and technical teams.
  6. Embed SEO and AI search best practice into content workflows, digital experience design, and campaign execution.
  7. Ensure content is structured, tagged, and semantically rich to enhance discoverability across generative AI tools and conversational interfaces.
  8. Manage SEO tools and deliver performance reports with clear insight.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in enterprise or agency SEO roles, expertise in technical, content, and backlink SEO strategy, and proficiency in tools such as GA4, SEMrush, GSC, and Screaming Frog. They will also possess strong stakeholder engagement and collaboration skills, qualifications in Marketing, IT, Data Science, or a related field, and relevant SEO certifications.
