Lead SEO & AI Search Analyst

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced professional to lead the development and execution of enterprise-wide SEO and AI Search strategy to support key business objectives.

This is an exciting opportunity to work across major digital projects, enhance technical and content performance, and provide actionable insights that improve visibility, traffic, and conversions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement SEO strategy aligned with the digital roadmap and business goals.
  • Optimise for Core Web Vitals, mobile performance, structured data, and crawlability.
  • Drive SEO planning through major digital transformations and CMS migrations.
  • Monitor evolving AI-assisted search behaviour and adapt the search strategy accordingly.
  • Conduct keyword research and AI prompt analysis, including optimisation for natural language and voice search queries, and provide data-driven recommendations.
  • Embed SEO and AI search best practice into content workflows, digital experience design, and campaign execution.
  • Ensure content is structured, tagged, and semantically rich to enhance discoverability.
  • Manage SEO tools and deliver performance reports with clear insights.
  • Engage and guide external agencies to deliver value-aligned outcomes.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in leading SEO and AI Search initiatives.
  • Strong understanding of digital ecosystems and emerging AI-powered discovery channels.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
