Job Summary:

The ideal candidate will have over 10 years of experience in SAP SuccessFactors, including strong knowledge of EC APIs, Time Off, and SAP S/4HANA HR, with a solid understanding of AU/US payroll processes.

  • Configure and customize SAP SuccessFactors EC, Time Off, and Payroll modules according to business requirements.
  • Implement and maintain integrations between EC, Time Off, and Payroll, including Point-to-Point replication setups.
  • Troubleshoot data-related issues and ensure data integrity across modules data replication monitor.
Key Skills and Qualifications:
  • Good knowledge of technology landscape to be able to guide team.
  • Tertiary Qualification in IT / Computer Science / related discipline.
PREFERRED:
  • Minimum 10+ years of experience in SuccessFactors Employee Central (EC) API, EC Time Off, SAP S4 Hana HR and understanding of AU/US payroll process would be added advantage.
