Job Description:This role involves steering clients through their digital journey by enabling the enterprise with an AI-powered core that helps prioritize the execution of change.
The ideal candidate will have experience in SAP SuccessFactors, including strong knowledge of EC APIs, Time Off, and SAP S/4HANA HR.
A tertiary qualification in IT or a related field is required.
- Configuration and Implementation:
- Configure and customize SAP SuccessFactors EC, Time Off, and Payroll modules according to business requirements.
- Implement and maintain integrations between EC, Time Off, and Payroll, including Point-to-Point replication setups.
- Troubleshoot data-related issues and ensure data integrity across modules data replication monitor
- Integration and Support:
- Integrate SuccessFactors EC with other business systems.
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting.
- Continuous Improvement:
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and automation within the SuccessFactors platform.
- Stay up to date with the latest SuccessFactors releases and best practices.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of new features and functionalities.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Good knowledge of technology landscape to be able to guide team.
- Tertiary Qualification in IT / Computer Science / related discipline.
