
Administrative Professional for Onboarding and Compliance

Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Administrative Professional to join our team. As a key member of our People and Culture department, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional support to ensure seamless onboarding processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the entire onboarding process from start to finish
- Draft employment contracts and variation letters
- Maintain employee licences and documents to ensure compliance at all times
- Coordinate probation and annual reviews
- Conduct reference checks and exit interviews
- Organise starter packs and equipment for new starters
- Set up employees on various systems including LMS, scheduling and payroll system
Requirements:
- Proven administrative experience in a HR role
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong time management skills
- A can-do attitude and ability to manage conflicting priorities
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with stakeholders at all levels
- Strong computer literacy
- Tertiary qualifications in HR or a relevant field would be highly regarded
