The Onboarding / Compliance Coordinator sits within our People and Culture team. You will collaborate with our internal stakeholders to ensure newly appointed employees are onboarded in a professional and timely manner, ensuring that all new and existing employees are compliant as per sector, state, and federal requirements. Compliance documents and data are recorded, verified, and tracked in relevant systems as per the policies and procedures.
You will guide and support people within the business with compliance requirements for our employees, drive the employee onboarding experience, as well as support areas of learning and development in compliance requirement changes across the sector. Assist with People and Culture projects and initiatives and assist with regional audit requirements throughout the year.
This is a permanent full-time position available to work in a hybrid working model could be based at our Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane or Adelaide offices.
**About You**
- Competent in Microsoft Office packages, including excel and outlook.
- Sound administrative skills
- Attention to detail and the ability to learn new systems i.e.: HRIS, ATS and L&D systems.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively influence and inspire people to action in a complex and rapidly changing environment.
- A growth mindset, which is proven through your resilience and adaptability.
- Ability to work autonomously, flexibly, and cooperatively as part of a team.
- A positive and professional approach and presentation
- Good negotiation and conflict resolution skills and demonstrated ability to build rapport quickly as well as the ability to be creative and resourceful.
- Experience in the sector as a support worker or compliance role would be advantageous but is not essential.
