Key Responsibilities
  • Provide legal support for employment law, industrial relations, and governance matters within a construction project environment.
  • Assist with investigations, contract review, and policy alignment to ensure sound workforce practices and risk management.

As an Employment Lawyer in this role, you'll have the opportunity to work on a wide range of projects, including:

  • Drafting and reviewing contracts, policies, and legal correspondence.
  • Supporting investigations and managing complex employee relations matters.
  • Providing legal research and support on employment and industrial relations matters.

This role requires someone with a strong understanding of Australian employment legislation and industrial instruments, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage sensitive and high-risk matters with professionalism.

The ideal candidate will thrive in a remote challenging area with extreme cold temperatures.
