As an Agronomy Professional with Nutrien Ag Solutions, you will be part of a collaborative team dedicated to forming strong relationships with growers and customers in the Cooma region.

About the Role:

The successful candidate will service growers across the diverse agricultural area of NSW and surrounding Cooma region.

  • Service growers and engage with farmers to understand their needs and provide agronomic and technical support.
  • Responsibility for increasing productivity, profitability, and sustainability of farming enterprises.
  • Provide product sales support both in-store and on-farm.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest plant production practices and run field days and farmer meetings to position yourself as an expert in the region.
Key Skills and Qualifications:

To succeed in this role, you will have full working rights within Australia and experience in a similar agronomy position. You will also possess:

  • Strong technical knowledge in agronomic practices and application.
  • A history of success in executing sales outcomes using specialist knowledge of fertiliser, seed, and chemical products.
  • Excellent negotiation, influencing, and communication skills.
  • A driver's licence is critical.
