About the Role

In the capacity of a Financial Services Consultant within our Retail Banking sector, you will be instrumental in delivering a seamless banking journey for our clients. This involves addressing each customer's comprehensive financial requirements and aspirations through transaction services, personalized discussions, and guidance on available financial solutions, including digital options. You will possess the expertise necessary to facilitate customer transactions and engage in meaningful conversations to meet their needs while adhering to your accreditation level. This position primarily operates within branches, ensuring a high caliber of customer service that transforms clients into strong advocates for ANZ.

What Will Your Day Look Like?

As a Financial Services Consultant, your responsibilities will include:

  • Delivering a seamless branch experience by addressing each customer's comprehensive banking needs through transaction services, personalized discussions, and education on digital solutions.
  • Collaborating with a team and acting as a role model and mentor to ensure the highest standard of customer experience.
  • Driving significant improvements in customer engagement and advocacy, creating genuine value for our clients.
  • Actively participating in and supporting bank initiatives and programs.
  • Taking ownership of understanding your customer from a risk perspective.
  • Ensuring adherence to ANZ and branch policies and procedures.
