Job Title: Marketing Manager, Asia Pacific

Job Summary:

The Marketing Manager will play a key role in leading the marketing vision and strategy for PSI CRO in the Asia Pacific region. This dynamic role will require the ability to think creatively, develop innovative marketing campaigns, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute global account-based marketing strategies
  • Work closely with Business Development to support sales initiatives
  • Manage and maintain PR contacts in industry and paid advertisements
  • Help develop content marketing strategies in support of sales and marketing
  • Prioritize engagement with key audiences, including HCPs, patients, prospective clients, and clients
  • Ensure industry and GDPR compliance across all digital channels
  • Write and create editorial content for publications, including interviews, social media content, video, and essays
  • Maintain high attention to detail to ensure accuracy and consistency among all content
  • Work closely with the talent acquisition team to maintain employment branding standards
  • Develop social media strategies across channels for company brand and sales
  • Assist in client-facing digital initiatives, branding, and recruitment initiatives
  • Perform market research on a regular basis

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in communication, journalism, PR, marketing, or related field
  • At least 4-6 years of digital management experience in the Asia Pacific region
  • Experience in a global or cross-regional role
  • Effective third-party vendor management experience or experience working in an agency
  • Strong writing and editing experience
  • Working knowledge of pharmaceutical regulatory and compliance environment a plus
  • Capable of managing multiple projects at once with high attention to detail
  • Comfortable in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
  • Strong organization skills
  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
  • Executive presence and ability to deliver presentations in small and large groups at all organizational levels
