About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Marketing & Communications Manager to join our Asia Pacific team at Lineage Logistics. As a key member of our global marketing team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive marketing and communications strategy to raise the profile of our brand across the Asia Pacific region.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Marketing Strategy
  • Develop and implement a robust digital go-to-market strategy to raise the profile of the brand across Asia Pacific.
  • Activate the brand via high-value tactics including events, sponsorships, digital marketing, and industry association participation.
  • Develop organic content and contribute relevant information to represent and promote the Asia Pacific region on Lineage's global digital channels.
Communications
  • Work closely with the Vice President, Global Marketing & Communications to manage the in-region team of our global media and public relations firm.
  • Proactively manage Lineage's brand in the region by remaining abreast of emerging issues, while advising regional leadership on communications strategies to mitigate reputational risk.
  • Work with the global Corporate Communications team to develop regional communications related to the company's Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) strategy, including topics like sustainability, Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (DE&I), and philanthropy.
Management
  • Serve as the Asia Pacific liaison to the global Marketing & Communications team.
  • Identify opportunities to build out a team to support marketing and communications across the region.
  • Propose and manage the operating budget for 2024.
  • Define appropriate tactics to ensure ROI and align to global brand KPIs.
Requirements
  1. Extensive experience in a similar marketing and communications role in the Asia Pacific region.
  2. Strong understanding of the Australian media landscape; media relations experience in broader Asia Pacific region is desirable.
  3. Experience within a global organization where it is necessary to navigate a matrixed environment.
  4. Exceptional track record of building and implementing large-scale and multi-national communications and digital, social and brand marketing strategies.
  5. A background as a confident and compelling communicator and presenter, with the ability to make an impact and quickly establish the trust of senior stakeholders.
  6. Strong business acumen and analytical skills, with the ability to innovate and make quick, strategic decisions.
  7. The ability to seamlessly pivot in a fast-paced, ever-changing work environment.
