
Digital Experience Optimisation Specialist

Lead the end-to-end delivery of digital experiments and personalisation initiatives, ensuring strategic alignment with business objectives.
- Design testable hypotheses and create scalable experiences using Adobe Target to drive CRO-led initiatives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align with broader campaigns and audience strategies, incorporating CRM, Paid Media, Analytics, and Marketing insights.
- Manage audiences and segments in partnership with analytics specialists, conducting user research to surface actionable insights.
- Develop a structured experimentation and personalisation backlog aligned with strategic priorities, engaging stakeholders and communicating outcomes clearly.
- Perform user acceptance testing and post-implementation validation to ensure accuracy and performance, analysing and reporting on experiment and personalisation performance using Google Analytics and Adobe Analytics.
To succeed in this role, you will require:
- 3-5 years' experience delivering CRO digital optimisation programs that improve conversion rates.
- Extensive experience with Adobe Analytics and Adobe Target, as well as strong stakeholder management skills.
- A solid understanding of UX principles, WCAG accessibility, customer psychology, and digital customer behaviour.
