We are a trusted, fast-growing, fast-paced digital marketing agency. The Digital Marketing Specialist role is an exciting opportunity to deliver end-to-end digital marketing campaigns for our clients. This is a delivery-focused role, where you'll manage your assigned clients and execute end-to-end digital campaigns. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in paid digital, excellent organisational skills and the confidence to drive client projects to success.

What You'll Do:

  • Plan and execute high-performing paid digital campaigns across Meta, Google Ads, YouTube, TikTok and emerging platforms
  • Drive revenue growth through strategic campaigns for diverse range of clients
  • End-to-end EDM campaign execution
  • Build and optimise audience segments using CRM and data management techniques
  • Monitor and optimize key performance metrics (CTR, CVR, CPL, ROAS) to maximise campaign effectiveness
  • Conduct A/B testing and creative variations to continuously improve campaign performance
  • Deliver comprehensive reporting and insights on digital activity performance
  • Reporting results and handling day-to-day communication with clients.

What We're Looking For:

  • 2-4 years' experience in digital marketing with strong paid media campaign management
  • Proven expertise in Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads and other performance marketing platforms
  • Advanced skills in email marketing platforms and marketing automation tools
  • Strong analytical mindset with experience in campaign optimisation and performance reporting
  • Experience with CRM systems, audience segmentation and data management
  • Proficiency in implementing and troubleshooting conversion tracking tags using tools like Google Tag Manager
  • Excellent project management skills and ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously
  • Tertiary qualification in Digital Marketing, Communications or related field preferred
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to present findings and recommendations.
