About the Opportunity
As the Digital Experience Specialist, you will play a key role in delivering a superior family experience across our external digital platforms. As one of two Digital Experience Specialists in our Digital Enablement team you will be responsible for designing and optimising the digital experience for our families. The team is also responsible for a superior digital Goodstarter experience, providing platform management of our intranet and staff communication tools, evolving our digital properties, enforcing design principles and conducting user acceptance testing. This role will see you work across a range of digital platforms and will provide you with the autonomy and opportunity to develop a range of skills. Furthermore, you'll participate in an exciting program of work to re-develop and optimise our websites.

About you

This role is about using your digital product management, data, analytics and SEO skills to grow acquisition and support retention. As an experienced digital professional, you'll achieve this by demonstrating fresh, insightful thinking by developing creative approaches to processes and practices, products and solutions, services, business models and strategies. You'll have experience managing multiple programs across a large / complex organisation and still delivering a customer focused outcome. Preferably you'll have a relevant tertiary qualification although this isn't essential.
