We are seeking a detail-oriented and driven professional to join our Secretariat Team in Sydney. This full-time opportunity will support our global shareholders and board members.

Working as an integral member of the team, this role will involve attending to filings with ASIC and other government regulators, maintaining electronic corporate records for each subsidiary, and ensuring all company and individual licenses remain current.

The successful candidate will have a minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar role, with basic to intermediate understanding of Company Secretariat processes preferred.

This is an excellent opportunity to develop your skills and work with an energetic and high-performing team. The role offers a variety of work and will see you involved in tasks such as drafting board/shareholder minutes, preparing board packs, and liaising with notary publics and embassies.

We offer a competitive salary of AU$60,000 - AU$80,000 per annum, depending on experience. If you are a motivated and organized individual looking to take your career to the next level, we encourage you to apply.
