Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Infrastructure Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing Level 2 technical phone support for field technicians working on Fixed Wireless and Satellite services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Resolve customer connection and assurance issues
  • Manage complex incidents and support Connect, Assure, and Migrate appointments
  • Act as a subject matter expert for operations teams
  • Handle escalations from both offshore and onshore teams
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of one year's experience in a technical customer support position
  • A strong understanding of Fixed Wireless and Satellite technologies
  • The ability to navigate complex systems and interpret data across multiple platforms
Desirable Skills

We are looking for candidates with experience in the following areas:

  • Systems such as Service Portal, ITSM, Remedy, Splunk and ViaSat
  • Wireless and Satellite on-site technician support tools
