Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Technical Infrastructure Specialist to join our Technology team. This role will involve supporting the core infrastructure, ensuring stability, performance, and scalability across our environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support and maintain the TRS infrastructure across server, network, and endpoint environments
  • Collaborate with fellow engineers to troubleshoot issues and implement improvements
  • Provide technical assistance to the Cyber Analyst on security-related initiatives
  • Monitor system performance and proactively address potential risks
  • Assist with documentation, patching, and operational support tasks
  • Contribute to infrastructure projects and continuous improvement efforts
Requirements:
  • Experience in system engineering or infrastructure support within enterprise environments
  • Strong understanding of Windows Server, networking, and endpoint management
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a small, agile team
  • Exposure to cybersecurity practices or willingness to learn
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
  • Experience in retail or distributed environments is beneficial
