Implementation Consultant Role Overview

This Implementation Consultant role involves engaging with clients as their primary point of contact, planning and coordinating projects efficiently and effectively. The successful candidate will implement assigned products for clients, including pre-sales activities, assessment, software integration, and post-installation implementation assessment.

The role primarily focuses on working with various Document Management Systems and Drafting Software. Reporting to the Head of Finance & Operations, this is a permanent full-time position based in Chatswood, Sydney, with flexible home/office-based arrangements for a healthy work-life balance.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Managing overall project success and client satisfaction with DMS and Drafting Solutions projects.
  • Providing technical pre-sales advisory services to customers during the sales cycle.
  • Assisting clients in planning implementation projects, including setting up engagements and planning sessions with key stakeholders.
  • Ensuring projects are initiated promptly, reflecting client expectations.
  • Creating project reports to communicate status to key client stakeholders and Integration Services business functions.
  • Tracking project performance to meet expectations and timelines, managing risks and issues that may arise.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A background in technology or law with solid experience in customer-facing roles.
  • Experience in pre-sales activities, assessment, systems analysis, software integration, and post-installation implementation assessment.
  • Familiarity with Generative AI, Microsoft products, and Document Management Systems like iManage and NetDocuments.
  • Problem-solving skills to quickly mitigate challenges affecting project outcomes.
  • The ability to work independently or collaboratively as part of a cross-functional team.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including listening and influencing colleagues and clients.
